If you are new to Data Loop, start with a Data Bar onboarding. We run a half-day discovery session, assess your data environment and systems, and build a prioritised work roadmap. You leave with a clear picture of what to build first and a Data Loop team ready to do it. Existing clients with an established environment skip this step.

No. If we already have access to your environment and an established relationship, you can purchase hours directly. Onboarding is a one-time setup for new clients only.

We give you a heads-up at around 75% used. You can top up at your current pack’s rate, upgrade to a larger pack (we credit the unused hours), or pause and pick up later. No surprise invoices and no hours quietly disappearing.
